Silver Sponsorship

The Silver level sponsorship includes: - One 2-minute live or pre-recorded speaking opportunity before the plenary session on day 2 of the Conference. - Host a 30-minute Coffee Chat on day 2 of the Conference: Sponsor chooses Coffee Chat theme (with approval from EWO Conference Committee), opens the Coffee Chat session with a live 1-minute intro of their company or organization and introduces the chat topic. - Exhibitor booth: A virtual space to meet and greet attendees, talk about your brand, and capture leads. - - Display your brand logo, product/service videos, and digital collateral. - Gamification: Improve engagement with conference attendees by incorporating ways for them to earn points and climb the leaderboard into your exhibitor booth. - Branding and logo featured on conference promotional materials and virtual banners. - Logo recognition on email communications leading up to, during, and post- conference. - All signage and promotional material will have exposure and promotion of your logo on the conference section of the EWO website. - Two complimentary conference registrations. - High profile exposure to over 400 EWO members from 32 institutions including faculty members, practitioners, senior managers, and leaders of the industry. - First right of refusal for sponsoring next year's conference at the Silver level.
