Diamond Sponsorship

The Diamond level sponsorship includes: - 5-minute live or pre-recorded speaking opportunity during the Opening Keynote. - Host a 30-minute Coffee Chat following the Opening Keynote: Sponsor chooses Coffee Chat theme (with approval from EWO Conference committee), opens the Coffee Chat session with a live 1-minute intro of their company or organization and introduces the chat topic. - Exhibitor booth: A virtual space to meet and greet attendees, talk about your brand, and capture leads. -- Display your brand logo, product/service videos, and digital collateral. - Gamification: Improve engagement with conference attendees by incorporating ways for them to earn points and climb the leaderboard into your exhibitor booth. - Branding and logo featured on conference promotional materials and virtual banners. - Logo recognition on email communications leading up to, during, and post- conference. - All signage and promotional material will have the highest exposure and promotion (size, location and duration) of your logo on the conference section of the EWO website. - One promotional post in the virtual platform newsfeed during the event. - One promotional social media post on EWO’s LinkedIn page. - Two pop-up notifications promoting your organization during the conference. - One e-blast to attendees the day following your speaking opportunity. - Five complimentary conference registrations. - High profile exposure to over 400 EWO members from 32 institutions including faculty members, practitioners, senior management, and leaders of the industry. - First right of refusal for sponsoring next year's conference at the Diamond level.
